Dress by Guess

Chloe was wearing an orange-y floral Guess dress with black lining, in this picture. I actually bought this dress for myself but realized that this suits her well and it’s perfect for her personality. Chloe was at first hesitant to wear this because she was more of a jeans-and-shirt type of kid lately. But because she joined a school play last March, where they were required to wear party but short dresses, she instantly picked this dress. So I should say, this dress saved her from all the hassles, hehe.

Anyway, I bought this dress at Guess store at Limketkai Center, Cagayan de Oro. I dunno if they still have stocks left but this was bought early 2016. The cloth was super comfortable and it came with 2 tassels to tie around the neck/chest area. Do you like this dress, too?

Wear That Comfit Shoes

The brand of this pair of shoes is Comfit and the size is 8. The price is around P2,299 bought at Robinson’s Department store at Ayala Centrio Mall. But this is not owned by me but my daughter’s, a gift from her grandma.

I was just like— HA??? —– when my mom decided to buy these shoes for my daughter to be used for their school play. Lucky her! I bought my wedding shoes from my own savings but, but…. haha!

I’m not really complaining. Just worried for my mom for spoiling her granddaughter, her first grandchild actually.

So in case you’re looking for shiny, shimmery, silver shoes, you know where to find it. I think the heels is about 2-3 inches high but it’s super comfortable. I might borrow these shoes but am only size 7 (or 7 1/2 at times) but I guess it won’t be obvious if I wear long dresses, hehe.

Cute Christmas Decors

These cutie-little-thingies can be found at National Bookstore. I saw this battery operated lighted candle and Santa being displayed at one establishment in CDO and I found it sooo cute that I wanted to buy one for myself. I sure did go to NBS but these stocks were already sold out. I was told to go to another NBS branch in another mall but I was too lazy to go (I was already thinking that it was sold out, too).

I just took a picture of these figurines and who knows, perhaps they will sell again next Christmas and I will not hesitate to buy it 😉

And oh, these items are very affordable. They cost more or less a hundred plus. So, there…

My Pair of Nike Shoes

I finally got myself a brand new pair of Nike shoes! I used to own Sketchers but my eldest daughter harbored it from me. Then, my other sneakers got smaller and well, dilapidated, so I need to buy a new one for myself.

I’m not much of a branded-type of a person, I go for something comfortable to wear. But once in a blue moon, I do indulged in something a bit expensive. I said ‘a bit’ because even though it’s branded, I wanted to buy that’s on sale, hehe.

Lucky for me, it was Wednesday that time hubby and I went to SM CDO and they have these so-called women’s day only. When that happens, they gave either 5-10% off to their women-customers so I grabbed the opportunity when we were there. I forgot the exact amount of these shoes but I believed it was 3k++. The discount helped a lot. Oh, it was hubby who paid for my shoes, hehe.

My next target was to buy Onitsuka tiger brand of shoes. Sadly, their store at Ayala Centrio Mall suddenly closed. I was about to buy that yellow shoes even though it was worth 5k+. I saw that shoes worn by Uma Thurman in Kill Bill and I thought I might feel what she felt while wearing that shoes, haha.

But hey, my Nike was good. It felt like I was floating every time I wear it. So, no complaints from here!
